It makes me smile every morning and gets a “wow” from everyone who sees it.
I had already produced scale drawings of my ideal kitchen and I was not up for the compromise required by other kitchen companies. Unfitted was different. Not only could deliver exactly what I wanted, Mark actually improved my design, encouraging me to really think through how the kitchen would function. My kitchen really works!
Ordering a bespoke kitchen is not an everyday event - there were many discussions and design revisions before the contract was signed. I expected problems, we encountered a few, but we overcame them with good humour and honest communication. Opting to have Unfitted supply the appliances and install the kitchen helped the installation process enormously, so did having my own electrician and plumber on standby.
If I ever need another kitchen, I'll head back to Unfitted’s very tempting showroom.

I didn’t believe it could be true until I saw your quotes
But your furniture, as well as being much nicer (especially for a period house), is much better value than inexpensive flat pack furniture from Wickes.
Although their basic product is not expensive, once you add in the chargeable sundries like kick boards, worktops etc and also the cost of an over-priced kitchen fitter to spend a couple of days screwing it all together, it is very expensive for what it is.
I had an order with them for the kitchen which I have now cancelled and had refunded to allow me to confirm the order with you. I have now learned not to rush decisions in an effort to stick to a timetable. Better to adjust the timetable. I would be happy for you to share my experience with other potential customers, if you wish.
